Burning, Burning

Burning Burning is a poetic short film created in collaboration with dancer Britt van der Boon, exploring the emotional space that opens when one person leaves, and the other isn’t ready to let go.

Told through movement, stillness, and sound, the film captures the inward burn of unresolved attachment. Not the moment of separation, but the quiet aftermath: denial, longing, and the slow process of release. The choreography becomes a language: physical, fragile, and unresolved.
